26. Denzel Perryman, LB (Miami)

Perryman is a hard hitting linebacker. He plays the game aggressively and he has the size and strength to be dominant as an interior linebacker. Perryman is a tackling machine and a leader.

Perryman is an instinctive linebacker who makes plays in the backfield with regularity. His specialty is blowing up the running game. He has a high football IQ and he knows how to get to the football.

Perryman’s biggest concerns are his insufficiency in pass coverage and his underwhelming speed. Perryman wins by taking good angles to the football and shedding off blocks.

Perryman could be dominant, because his motor never stops. He is a high effort guy with good technique and the ability to read and react. Perryman is the most physical linebacker in this draft class.
