46. Cameron Erving, C (FSU)

Cameron Erving was originally a tackle but he struggled with quickness off the edge. The Seminoles needed to move him to fill a hole at the center position. This is where he excelled the most. The center position is where I see him best as an NFL player.

Erving has tackle size and length at the center position. Erving is a powerful run blocker and a reliable snapper of the football in all formations. Erving has quick feet and has the ability to reach the second level of the defense.

Erving has a high football IQ, which seems to be a trend with the Florida State offensive linemen. He rarely gets fooled by stunts and he understands his job.

Erving could be a good tackle but he has the potential to be a dominant center. This is where he should play in the NFL. This is the position I have him listed as for that reason.
