He’s your typical “well he has all the tools, but….” and that would perfectly describe Mr. Perriman in his college days at UCF.</p> <p>He brings rare speed considering his size and strength, but he lacks that all-around polish in his route running and technique. The Dolphins recently signed veteran wideout Greg Jennings, traded overpaid WR Mike Wallace to Minnesota, and traded for Saints WR Kenny Stills. I feel kind of “eh” with this group. Perriman would bring a special skill-set to a group that lacks it in my mind.
