The Broncos lost Julius Thomas in free agency and something about this Clive Walford kid reminds me a bit of Thomas. I would say a lot of it has to do with his ability as a receiver, but that doesn’t rule him out as a solid run blocker.

He brings a red zone threat in which Peyton Manning would love to use the same way Thomas once was utilized. He’s not a proven commodity just yet, but with time and tutelage under Peyton Manning, Gary Kubiak, and crew he could be yet another productive receiver Manning has groomed in his illustrious playing career.

Walford might be a stretch in the minds of many if not everyone besides me, but I really feel Manning can make anyone productive. The skills are there let Peyton harness them for you Mr. Walford.
. Tight end. Miami. Clive Walford. 28. player. 45
