35.
What? No Marcus Mariota here via trade? Nope. Leonard Williams is clearly the best defensive player in the draft and in my opinion the best overall player in the draft. Williams is compared with the likes of Ndamukong Suh, J.J. Watt and Warren Sapp. All of whom are and were transcendent talents.

If the Titans could hit on Williams and get any of those three talents in his game how could they complain? He is by far the safest pick in this draft and could really add a much needed boost to a Titans defense that just wasn’t very good last season.

He also brings an interior pass rush that very few at the NFL bring at a consistent level. Personally, Mariota figures to need some time time to develop anyway so why not take a sure-fire homerun pick? Williams is the best bet at the number 2 pick unless a team dumps a boatload of picks in a trade to acquire Mariota.
. Defensive End. USC. Leonard Williams. 2. player
