Collins will be a defensive playmaker who the Browns will unleash on the Ravens and Steelers, who used to have two of the best safeties of all time. Collins will surely be the thorn in the side of the Browns’ AFC North opponents for years to come.</p> <p>Collins hits like a hammer and runs like a free safety. There isn’t a better option at strong safety in this draft class. In fact there really isn’t another option that is even comparable to Collins.
