player. 10. <p>The Texans are looking at the receivers on the board, looking for the next Andre Johnson. It is too early for Jaelen Strong, and the Texans aren’t taking the chance on Dorial Green-Beckham. By the rule of reduction the Texans select Breshad Perriman from UCF.</p> <p>With a frame comparable to Kevin White, with a faster 40 time Perriman can be dominant. He has inconsistent hands and is a bit of a coaching project, but the potential for greatness is there. Perriman is blazing fast and he can take the top off of any defense.</p> <p>There is no doubting there is a tremendous amount of talent in Breshad Perriman. He also fits a dire need for the Texans offense. Head coach Bill O’Brien needs playmakers on the offensive side of the football. Perriman will pair perfectly with DeAndre Hopkins.</p> <p>This is as common sense of a pick for the Texans as there is going to be. They have to take a chance on the fast playmaker here.</p>.
