Kevin Johnson falling to the Eagles is the best thing that could have happened to them. Johnson is a sensational cornerback who has perfect cover skills, is aggressive but not stupid and is incredibly athletic.

Johnson is a bit undersized. Victor Cruz will certainly try to take advantage of that twice per season. The truth is though that Johnson makes up for this with great technique and his physical ability. Johnson may actually be the most talented cornerback in this draft, if he was a bit bigger he’d be a top 10 pick.

Johnson is certainly the most disciplined cornerback in this draft class. He has a high football IQ and he rarely gets beaten deep. No cornerback is perfect, but Johnson is as impressive as they come.

I really like what I see from Johnson. The 6-188 pound cornerback ran a 4.52 second 40 yard dash at the NFL Combine. He had a vertical jump that rivals top receivers at 41.5 inches. The Eagles got a really athletic star here.
. Cornerback. Wake Forest. Kevin Johnson. 20. player. 54
