21. player. 56.
First of all can you imagine a defensive line that features Eddie Goldman and Geno Atkins in the middle? That isn’t even fair, but that’s exactly what the Bengals do in this mock draft. This will be a combination that stifles many offenses in the NFL.

The one constant with the Bengals in the tenure of Marvin Lewis is that there is a focus on great defensive line play. Goldman is a penetrating playmaker that the Bengals can’t pass up. He explodes off the ball and he makes plays in the backfield routinely. Goldman has pass rushing ability as well as run stuffing force.

The 6-4 336 pound defensive tackle was a very productive player at FSU. He had 4 sacks and he made an impact on just about every play. He is a disruptive player that creates opportunity for linebackers and other defensive linemen.

The Bengals and Goldman are a perfect match. This pick may actually make too much sense.
. Defensive Tackle. FSU. Eddie Goldman
