Top 5 Quarterbacks:

1. Marcus Mariota, Oregon: This is an athletic quarterback with a knack for making big plays while avoiding negative ones. He has arm talent, accuracy, poise and character.

2. Jameis Winston, FSU: Winston has a rocket arm and his big body and athletic ability allow him to extend plays like Ben Roethlisberger for big plays down the field.

3. Brett Hundley, UCLA: This is a developmental quarterback who relied heavily on his running ability at UCLA. He reminds me of Steve McNair, that’s how good he could be once he acclimates to the NFL.

4. Bryce Petty, Baylor: Great arm talent here, but  there’s not much to like other than that. He can make all the throws but can’t read defenses, he relied heavily on the advantages of the spread offense.

5. Garrett Grayson Colorado State: He is an NFL ready quarterback with a high football IQ and good mechanics, but he is an average athlete with average arm talent.
