2. Melvin Gordon, RB Wisconsin Badgers
Melvin Gordon is arguable the number one running back in the 2015 draft. The only player whom I believe to be better is Toddy Gurley, but that is assuming he is healthy. Focusing on Gordon, Melvin Gordon is a capable three down back. There is a reason why he is predicted to go in the mid first round of the NFL draft; Melvin Gordon is a tremendous talent.
Like every player on this list where and by who Gordon is drafted by will play a significant factor in determining his 2015 fantasy value. Nevertheless, I have a very hard time believing a team would draft Gordon to stick him on the bench. Pay notice to which NFL team actually drafts Gordon come Thursday, but Gordon looks like a can’t miss player.
If you do not have the stomach to risk taking Todd Gurley, but still want an elite rookie back then Melvin Gordon is your guy. Be sure to draft Gordon early in your fantasy draft.
Next: Todd Gurley, RB Georgia Bulldogs
