8. DeVante Parker, WR Louisville Cardinals

Like Perriman, DeVante Parker is expected to be around the third receiver drafted. Depending on which NFL team drafts Parker, I could really see Parker having a solid rookie season.

Everyone knows about the Kevin White’s and Amari Cooper’s of the world, but if you want to have real success in fantasy football you will have to do so by finding sleepers. Parker could be that type of player, and that type of pick.

With that being said, I think it is easy to get over enthused on Parker, so be careful not to draft him too early. Barring Parker being drafted by a team with an elite quarterback, I would not take Parker before the late rounds. Still, Parker is a very talented player and seems to be a prospect who could have an immediate impact. Again, depending on the team he plays for. At the very least, Parker should be an excellent red zone threat in 2015.

Next: Dorial Green-Beckham, WR Oklahoma Sooners
