Round 3, Pick 74 – Tre Jackson – G – Florida State – 6’4”  330 lbs.

Jackson is a massive young man that would bring reinforcement and much needed depth to a once proud offensive line. He could probably come in and play right away but that may not be necessary. If not he will have the chance to learn behind veterans Geoff Schwartz and John Jerry and spell the interior line when need be.

He has good quickness for his size that will show when he has to pull on sweeps, counters, or kick backs. He uses his size and leg strength to maul defenders off the ball to clear paths for running backs.

He started 42 games in his college career. Jackson was named to the  All-ACC first-team in 2013 and was a consensus All-American his senior season.
