9. Devante Parker, WR (Louisville)

This wide receiver is a guy that I like to refer to as Mr. Perfect. That’s because there isn’t a thing about his game that I don’t absolutely love. In just about any year, Parker would be the number one receiver selected. Cooper and White are special and so Parker who is the third ranked receiver.

Parker is a smart football player, he runs good routes, he goes up and gets the football at his highest point, he does it all. He helps his quarterback out tremendously by coming back to the football. There is nothing that this player can’t do.

Parker missed seven games and he still put up big time numbers. This guy is talented beyond belief and is surely a star.
