5. Danny Shelton, DT (Washington)

By now you know that this is my favorite player in all of the draft for the Giants. I think he would be amazing for the Giants. Shelton is a big 339 pounds but he is as explosive as any player in all of football. Shelton would dominate up front for the Giants.

Shelton is a skilled pass rusher from the interior defensive tackle position. Shelton is a run stuffing space eater first and a quarterback destroyer second. He has the power and strength to bull rush through any lineman and quickness that guards and centers cannot account for.

Shelton will demand double teams which will help the team he goes to tremendously. He is a rare talent.
