7. Jameis Winston, QB (FSU)

There is a reason I don’t have Winston as one of my top two prospects. The reason being that I am skeptical of him being a great quarterback. Winston had a lot of sacks and interceptions at FSU, and while he had a lot of comebacks, he was often the reason they had to comeback in the first place.

Winston has a late release, a slow delivery and questionable decision making skills. He has extraordinary talent, and if you need a quarterback it is almost impossible to pass on him. He has the arm talent, great athletic ability and the toughness to be an elite NFL QB.

I think Winston is the biggest risk of the entire NFL draft. Winston is far from a sure thing but his upside is off the charts.
