8. Shane Ray, OLB (Missouri)
Ray is one of the most explosive players I have ever seen off the edge. He is a quick, and speedy pass rusher with a high motor and he is stronger than many prospects who have more prototypical length and size.
I personally guarantee that Ray will be a productive player in the NFL. He will be a superstar. He had 5 games in the 2014 season in which he had two sacks. He is one of the most relentless pass rushers in this draft.
Ray has his off the field issues. That I obviously cannot dispute, anyone who gets arrested days before the draft has priority issues. That said talent wins out in the NFL and Ray has it.
