5. La’el Collins, OT (LSU)

There is no secret that the Giants covet dominant offensive lineman. Collins is a dominant run blocker who can start at right tackle or either offensive guard position. Collins is the most physically aggressive tackle prospect in the 2015 NFL Draft.

Collins is 6-4 and 305 pounds. He is athletic and while he fits best for big on big blocking that utilizes his strength he can run enough for the zone blocking scheme. Collins versatility could really attract the Giants, as they had to shuffle the offensive line so much last year.

If the goal is to improve the rushing attack, look no further than Collins. Collins will open up some huge gaping rushing lanes for Shane Vereen and company. If the Giants get extra picks and a talented offensive tackle, that’s a successful first round.

Next: Dorial Green-Beckham, WR (Oklahoma)
