5. T.J. Clemmings, OT (Pitt)

I think this is the most athletic offensive tackle left on the board. At the end of the day the fact that he is a raw player without a ton of experience as an offensive lineman scared teams away. Clemmings has unbelievable athletic ability and size but his technique and overall feel for the position leave a lot to be desired.

Clemmings drop had a lot to do with other offensive linemen going ahead of him. I don’t think many people saw Cedric Ogbuehi and Laken Tomlinson going in the first round of the draft. Cameron Erving going to the Browns with the 19th overall pick was a surprise. A lot of guys got taken in front of Clemmings.

Clemmings may have the most potential for any offensive lineman in the entire NFL Draft. The thing is that he is inexperienced at a position where you need a natural player without hesitation. Clemmings is one of the most intriguing options remaining.
