2. Eric Kendricks, LB (UCLA)

Kendricks is the most instinctive linebacker in the 2015 NFL Draft and it isn’t even close. He reads his keys and he finds his way to the football. Kendricks is a high football IQ player who fits the mold at the interior linebacker position.

Kendricks would be perfect for the Giants with the ninth overall selection because he would help in run defense. Kendricks isn’t just a good run defender but a solid every down linebacker. He has decent coverage skills.

Kendricks is one of my favorite players in this draft class for a reason. I love smart and physical linebackers. The most important trait for Kendricks is that he is a textbook tackler.
