Dallas Cowboys Draft Grade: A+

The Cowboys have really perfected the draft in the last few seasons. This year the Cowboys drafted Byron Jones from UCONN. This is a really big and physical corner with great length and recovery speed. The Giants Odell Beckham Jr. is going to have his hands full with this challenging cornerback.

The Cowboys got better at a position of need. They picked a player of appropriate value. There isn’t a thing to criticize about this pick. As much as I hate to admit it, the Cowboys hit a home run in the first round.

The NFC East has many good receivers. The Cowboys have to deal with the Giants Beckham Jr. and Victor Cruz, they have to contend with DeSean Jackson and Jordan Matthews as well. You can never have enough cornerbacks and the Cowboys needed an upgrade. This was a great pick.
