4. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Draft Grade: A

The Buccaneers got their franchise quarterback and a hope of a brand new future. They selected Jameis Winston with the number one overall pick. The Buccaneers put Winston on a quick path to success with the offensive talent they already had and a strong draft class. Winston has a few exciting playmakers to throw the ball to: Vincent Jackson, Mike Evans and Austin Seffarian-Jenkins.

The Buccaneers also solidified the offensive line in this draft. In the second round they drafted the offensive tackle Donovan Smith (34th overall selection). They got what could end up being the most important steal of the draft grabbing the guard from Hobart, Ali Marpet with the 61st overall selection.

The Buccaneers also drafted an impressive wide receiver that many overlooked in Kenny Bell (162nd overall selection). Bell is from Wisconsin and he has potential.
