3. Victor Cruz is Not The Same Victor Cruz:

We already know the story on Victor Cruz. He is rehabbing his way back from a knee injury that looked devastating last October against the Philadelphia Eagles. Now we must wonder how Cruz will perform in the 2015 season. Two things can happen when a player comes back from such a grueling injury. Either the player comes back stronger than ever or he is never quite the same. The Giants have to hope for the former, because with out Cruz, their offense doesn’t have the same sizzle.

With Cruz in the line up, the sky is the limit for the offense. Odell Beckham Jr. and Cruz would make arguably the most exciting receiving combination in NFL history. Both receivers are great route runners, with unbelievable athletic ability. Defenses may be able to pick their poison but stopping both of them is just not happening.

Without Cruz, the offense must do what it did last year. They must lean on the crazy talent of Beckham Jr. and Larry Donnell. Rueben Randle is a great slot receiver but he isn’t at the caliber of Cruz. The offense has the potential to be unstoppable if Cruz is the player he used to be. At the end of the day, we just don’t know what the Giants are going to get out of their salsa dancing receiver in 2015.
