4. Calvin Johnson, Detroit Lions
Calvin Johnson has been regarded as the best receiver in the league for a few years. However after an injury plagued 2014 Johnson lost the top spot. In the previous few years Johnson was a first round choice in all fantasy formats. He was the clear cut number one receiver. In 2014 Johnson averaged just 82.8 yards per game.
In 2013 he averaged 106.6 yards per game. In 2012 he averaged 122.8 yards per game. He was simply uncover able. Johnson had 122 catches in 2012 and the all time best 1964 yards. In 2013 he had 1492 yards and 84 catches. Johnson consistently catches a lot of passes and a lot of touchdowns. He had 12 in 2013 and 8 in 2014. His career high is 16.
I expect Calvin Johnson to have a monster year. I expect him to stay healthy and be the guy we know from 2010-2013. Johnson is still young and he is still so talented. I also expect Matthew Stafford to have a good year. Johnson should be back to top status after the year ends. Expect him to go early in drafts but not as early as usual.
Next: Dez Bryant, Dallas Cowboys
