9. T.Y. Hilton, Indianapolis Colts

Ty Hilton has become the number one target for Andrew Luck. Luck had over 600 attempts in 2014. This is great news for Hilton owners. With the amount of passes Luck throws in a season Hilton is bound to catch at least 75. I rank Hilton ahead of guys like Jeffrey because he plays with such a great Quarterback.

Hilton was targeted 131 times in 15 games. Andre Johnson joins the Colts and I believe that this will help Hilton rather than hurt him. Having two top receivers stops double teams.

I expect another great season for Hilton. Hilton has had at least five touchdowns in every one of his three seasons.
