2. Phil Simms

Simms is the second greatest Giants’ quarterback of all time. His entire 14-year career was spent with the Giants. Simms’ story is very iconic because it wasn’t always easy for him. His career with Big Blue was very controversial for some time, but it all worked out well in the end.

In Super Bowl XXI, Simms put on one of the most legendary performances in Super Bowl history. He rallied back after halftime to route the John Elway and the Denver Broncos. He set records for having the best consecutive completions, accuracy, and passer rating.

Simms still holds some of the Giants passing records and is often referred to as one of the most underrated quarterbacks of all time.

Even though Simms had his rough patch, he loved by all Giants fans of all ages and is by far a better athlete that any quarterback behind him on this list.
