9. Eli Manning, 2012:
In 2012 the New York Giants were coming off their Super Bowl championship run. Manning had his finest season in the 2011 season as he won his second Super Bowl MVP. Manning defeated the New England Patriots for a second time.
In 2012 Manning had another fine season but the Giants failed to make it back to the playoffs. Manning however would make back to back Pro Bowl runs despite the Giants missing the playoffs.
In 2012 Manning threw for 3948 yards and 26 touchdown passes. Manning also had 246.8 yards per game. Manning had his finest game week two against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Manning had a brutal first half for the Giants but made up for it by leading the Giants to a comeback win. Manning passed for 510 yards and 3 touchdowns. The Giants won the game 41-34. Eli Manning was elected to the Pro Bowl.
