3. Victor Cruz, 2011:
Victor Cruz became a mega star in 2011. Cruz made his Salsa Touchdown dance a fan favorite. In 2011 Cruz played in all 16 games. He was a starter in 7 but had playing time in most of them. He had his coming out party when he caught two touchdowns against the Eagles.
Cruz scored 9 touchdowns. His big one in the regular season was a 99 yard touchdown on Christmas Eve against the rival Jets.
Victor Cruz had 1536 yards in the regular season. He also averaged a tremendous 96 yards per game, a career high. Cruz was a part of the Giant team that won the Super Bowl beating the Patriots. Cruz caught a touchdown in the game. He averaged 67.3 yards per game in the playoff run. Cruz became a star player for the New York Giants.
