Chris Schisler, Editor Predicts:

I think the Giants will go 10-6 and earn a wild card seed in the playoffs. At the end of the day, I see the Cowboys being one or two wins ahead of the Giants. That being said, I think it will be a good season. The Giants will win games by forcing teams to play their brand of football. The offense will march down the field and put points on the score board and the defense will get to the quarterback and thrive with sacks and interceptions.

The Giants have a lot to prove, before I buy the Giants as a Super Bowl contender. I think this team can win games, I think they can put on quite a show but in a battle against teams like the Green Bay Packers, Seattle Seahawks and yes the Cowboys, I worry a bit. Problems don’t get fixed over night, and the 2014 Giants had many problems; just look at their 29th ranked defense that gave up an average of 4.9 yards per carry.

The Giants will be dramatically improved but it will not just be smooth sailing in the 2015 season. There will be ups and downs along the way, and the Giants will have to show that they can consistently play winning football. The Giants will play strong enough to earn a trip to the playoffs. The offense will shine, the defense will be opportunistic and the team will win 10 games, reversing their 6-10 record from 2014.
