As we slowly approach the 2015 NFL season and with the NFL Draft in the books, it’s time to see where teams will land when it’s all over. The New York Giants had a good draft this year and did what they had to for the most part. They bulked up their offensive line with Ereck Flowers with their first pick and used up the final pick on Bobby Hart. They even answered their safety questions with Landon Collins in the second round and Mykkele Thompson.

The Giants arguably have the best receiving core out there with their rookie star Odell Beckham Jr. and veterans such as Victor Cruz and Rueben Randle. Eli Manning has some targets to play around with and if his offensive line can protect him, then he’s set. The line was and has been a a major problem with the Giants which is why they haven’t landed in the play-offs. If they stay healthy and focused, then they’ll be a force, especially with newly acquired versatile half back, Shane Vereen.

As for their final spot this season, I see them standing on top of the NFC East. The Washington Redskins don’t look nowhere near a threat, so I automatically rule them out to be a contender. The Dallas Cowboys let go of their primary offensive weapon, DeMarco Murray so they’ll most likely struggle to score. The Philadelphia Eagles always have to end the Giants’ hopes of returning to the postseason, but even with all the acquisitions made this off-season, the Giants still have an edge. The Giants have their share of easy games, but do face the defending champs New England Patriots; twice.

Final Record Prediction: 11-5
