2. Harry Carson

Hey, look it’s another Giants linebacker from the 80s. How special was that time in Giants history? I certainly wish I was around to see a guy like Harry Carson play the linebacker position because not many others played it like him.

Carson was a 9-time Pro Bowler, 2-time 1st-team All-Pro, and a Hall of Fame inductee. Oh yeah, not to mention a Super Bowl champion a part of one of the greatest defenses in NFL history. Originally, a part of the “Crunch Bunch” I think he was in a better linebacking group when Johnson and Banks joined the team.

Carson is a member of the Giants ring of honor and just like Banks is still with the team as a broadcaster. He was an extremely cerebral player, and a huge part of the Giants first 2 Super Bowl victories.
