Eli Manning has made every start in his career since he took over in 2004. Manning is a guy who plays every week and goes out and leads. Manning is a leader who always picks up his teammates and makes those around him better. Manning is one of the leagues toughest players in the league.

He takes hits and never complains about the offensive line or the players around him. Manning bounced back in 2014 from his worst career season in 2013. The mental toughness of Manning cannot be given enough praise.

Manning has mastered the new offense and will add on to his already Hall of Fame numbers. Manning has done everything right in the biggest market in football in a time where all players are constantly magnified.
