4. The Players Respect Him
There isn’t one player left on the current roster from Spagnuolo’s 1st stint with the team, but every player on the roster surely has heard of him. He’s already talked about how he’s seen a more attentive group of players since he’s arrived back in New York.
I’ve even heard a report from ESPN’s Dan Graziano, that he’s been quizzing his current group on the history of the team, which his players have actually enjoyed. They like that he keeps everyone on edge and aware of their current surrounding.
They all understand what Spagnuolo brings and the success he’s achieved with the team, which is why they’re all eyes and ears when it comes time to listening to him.
