7. Joe Morrison

A player becomes so much more legendary when they spend their entire career with one franchise. That is part of the reason why Joe Morrison comes in at seven on this list. Morrison had a very lengthy career with the Giants, 13 years to be exact. He was best known for playing running back and wide receiver. Morrison was a versatile weapon and it definitely showed when you look at his numbers. Morrison actually played so many different positions that his nickname was “Old Dependable.”

Morrison is third for the Giants team record of receptions with 395 catches. He played his career with seven different quarterbacks. Morrison had caught 4,993 yards in his career and has his number (40) retired by the team. Morrison was the bright spot in a time were the Giants did not have very good team. Kind of like the way Odell Beckham made the Giants relevant in 2014.
