9. David Diehl (2003-2013)

David Diehl is one of the more famous players to have been on the Giants line in the past few years. Diehl was a vital linemen on two Super Bowl Giant teams. He has been a vital part of some great seasons by Eli Manning. Diehl made one pro bowl team and was a part of two Super Bowl championship teams. Diehl was drafted in the 5th round in the 2003 NFL Draft.

Diehl started 16 games at right guard for the Giants but later he moved to the tackle position. Diehl retired from the Giants following the 2013 season. Diehl battled injuries. Diehl was an important part of the team on the field but he was also a leader in the locker room.

The Giants got more out of this 5th round pick than they ever could have expected. Longevity and consistency were the foundation of Diehl’s career. He was a leader on and off the field for the Giants as they won two Super Bowls in his time on the offensive line.
