3. Geremy Davis:

Odell Beckham Jr., Victor Cruz and Rueben Randle are the unchanged pecking order at the wide receiver position. That being said the number four receiver spot is an open competition. Will it be Corey Washington or Geremy Davis taking that role in the offense? The Giants drafted Davis hoping that he could be a diamond in the rough.

The Giants drafted Davis with the 186th selection in the 2015 NFL Draft. The 6-2 receiver from the University of Connecticut put up some impressive performances in his college career. Davis isn’t the most impressive receiver from an athletic standpoint. He is a thick bodied wide receiver who relies on his strength and size because he isn’t very fast. He has the ability to go up and make some outstanding catches though.

Davis is a guy the Giants must see something in as many people expected him to be undrafted. Davis is a tough wide receiver that has potential. If he proves that he can go up and win the 50/50 passes he can earn a spot on this team.
