  1. Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie

Rodgers-Cromartie wasn’t bad last season—but the Giants need a better performance out of their $35 million corner if they’re looking to be Super Bowl contenders.

DRC was signed to pair up with Prince Amukamara to be one half of a shutdown duo. But in 2015, they’ll need the talented, physical corner to step up more than ever given their lack of depth at safety.

Sure, the Giants might be high on their young players in the back end of their secondary, but they need Rodgers-Cromartie to cover up at least some of the inexperience at the safety position with some strong play on the outside.

If he doesn’t give them a top-notch performance this season, not only will the Giants not take a step forward—they might take a big step back.
