2. Odell Beckham Jr. – Wide Receiver
Yeah, this would be a tough one too. I know, these first two go without saying, but they’re just so important to this team. Beckham’s presence alone entirely changes a team’s defensive game plan, and he also does the same for the Giants offense. He gives them a deep threat, an option over the middle, and someone Eli could hit on the outside.
In his short time in the league he has shown himself as a reliable receiver who will catch most anything thrown in his relative direction. At the very least his presence will draw double teams and create a mismatch somewhere else on the field, and to be honest he may still be a mismatch for a double team.
Sure, Beckham’s only one year in, but he’s really established himself as one of the NFL’s top offensive threats. If you lose a player like that, it changes your team. A serious injury to Beckham would be devastating.
