Where Will The Giants Get Their Pass Rush?

Ayers gave the Giants all he could against the run last season–and he was very good. And while he hasn’t had huge pass rush success in his career, he notes that he never put up big numbers in Denver because he felt he was “out of position” a lot of the time with Von Miller hugging the outside.
Well, he’s yet to prove that point, after generating just five sacks last season. But with Spagnuolo at the helm, I expect him to move the versatile Ayers along the line and let him loose on third downs–the same way Spags would kick Justin Tuck on the inside back in 2007. We could see Ayers doing the same thing this year and having a few big sacks on third down. With his career-high in sacks being just 5.5, he could certainly surpass that in 2015.
