G – Donald Thomas

Thomas has played in only 2 games since 2013. He suffered torn quads in week 2 of 2013 and re-tore them again last year and never saw the field. His injuries are again a big red flag but the Giants need to try and do anything to bolster their offensive line.

Thomas has played with the Miami Dolphins, New England Patriots, and he signed a 4 year contract with the Indianapolis Colts prior to the 2013 season. They could bring him in as a reserve lineman to fill the void left by the recently waived Brandon Mosley. Thomas may be at the end of his career, which is likely why he was let go by the Colts, but it wouldn’t hurt to see if he has anything left in the tank.
