Anthony Sciarratta, Staff Writer:

This preseason, the New York Giants have been downright mediocre. However, that doesn’t mean that it will translate over to the regular season. It is better that the Giants have these growing pains now rather than when the games count. The Giants recently have received a defensive overhaul and are missing plenty of starters on offense.

Injuries are of a huge concern to this Giants’ squad.

At full health the Giants could have a top five NFL offense. Eli Manning is set up to have one of the greatest years of his career. With all of the Giants starters in play and on the field, the Giants could be a very dangerous team.

If healthy, the Giants could definitely squeeze out ten games easy. They have a fairly decent schedule. The only concern is that their rivals in the NFC are going to be some of their hardest games of the season. Playing those teams twice won’t be easy. Manning and Tom Coughlin have some serious work to do, but don’t sleep on this Giants squad yet.

Prediction: 10-6
