Giants Game Preview With NFL Picks and Fantasy Advice

NFL Predictions:

Steelers at Patriots: Patriots

Reason: I think the Patriots exploit the Steelers questionable secondary and do what they do, win home games. This team probably has a chip on their shoulder because of their offseason controversies and we know that their quarterback does. I see no answer for Rob Gronkowski on the Steelers defense. Give me the Patriots in a high scoring start to the NFL season.

Colts at Bills: Colts

Reason: I think this is a slugfest between two pretty solid teams. I think Rex Ryan and the Bills stacked defense will frustrate Andrew Luck, but I don’t think they will stop him. The Colts put up too many points on the board for Tyrod Taylor to keep up.

Browns at Jets: Jets

Reason: The Jets offense has so many good weapons around Ryan Fitzpatrick that it may just work. In a defensive fight I see the Jets having just enough fire power to win at home against the Browns.

Panthers at Jaguars: Panthers

Reason: The Panthers defense promises to be pretty tough this season. If the Panthers can play well enough around Cam Newton on the offensive side, they have more talent than the Jaguars.

Packers at Bears: Packers

Reason: I think Aaron Rodgers is the best quarterback on the planet and the Bears don’t have an answer for him. Give me the Packers convincingly.

Chiefs at Texans: Texans

Reason: The Texans are hard to beat in Houston. I think the Texans defense rattles Alex Smith and this game gets ugly… just the way the Texans like it.

Dolphins at Redskins: Dolphins

Reason The Dolphins defense is going to dominate this game. The Redskins are in for a tough game this season opening weekend.

Seahawks at Rams: Seahawks

Reason: I have never been a big fan of Nick Foles. I think he struggles against the Seahawks stingy defense and the Seahawks win a low scoring affair.

Lions at Chargers: Chargers

Reason: The Chargers are tough at home. The Lions defense will make this interesting but I like the Chargers 28-24.

Saints at Cardinals: Cardinals

Reason: The Saints defense is still really problematic. The Cardinals offense has weapons and could have their way with the Saints. Carson Palmer should have a big day. The Cardinals have an amazing defense, Drew Brees would have to put on quite the show to steal this game.

Ravens at Broncos: Ravens

Reason: The Ravens are a great football team that will hit the Broncos in the mouth from start to finish. The Ravens are my Super Bowl pick. They will stun Denver.

Bengals at Raiders: Bengals

Reason: The Bengals are just the better team here. The Raiders will give the Bengals a tough contest but the Bengals defense will stifle Derrick Carr and the Raiders.

Titans at Buccaneers: Titans

Reason: It is amazing that Marcus Mariota and Jameis Winston square off in their first NFL game. I have always been a Mariota guy so give me the Titans. Though I think the Titans defense is going to be the difference in this game.

Eagles at Falcons: Eagles

Reason: I don’t think the Eagles will be stopped by the Falcons questionable defense. I think the hurry up Chip Kelly approach is a formula for Falcons struggles.

Vikings at 49ers: Vikings

Reason: I think Kaepernick without Jim Harbaugh is a disaster waiting to happen. I think Teddy Bridgewater is a star waiting to shine. The Vikings will run all over the 49ers defense and the 49ers will struggle to keep up.
