1. Who Is Tyrod Taylor

Tyrod Taylor is having an impressive start to his tenure with the Bills, but is he really the next big thing? It seems more likely that the Bills have surrounded the career back up QB with talent and have tailored their offense around him. If you asked Taylor to be Andrew Luck, you would be disappointed. The Bills know his strengths and weaknesses and they build their entire attack around that.

Taylor is a mobile quarterback, and that’s putting it mildly because the man has wheels. He is at his best when he can roll out of the pocket and can kill you with his legs and his strong arm. He isn’t an advanced decision maker but he is a veteran and he understands the game. If you don’t ask him to do too much, he can release the ball quickly.

Taylor has completed 74 percent of his passes. He plays under control, he just does what offensive coordinator, Greg Roman asks him to do. It works. Taylor has 714 yards, 7 touchdowns and 3 interceptions in the first three games of the season. If you thought the Giants would be able to dominate a young passer in this game you were wrong. Taylor has more talent than he ever let on as the back up of the Baltimore Ravens.
