8. The Bills Have The Most Talented Defense In The NFL

Mario Williams, Marcell Dareus, Jerry Hughes, Kyle Williams… that front seven is stacked. The Bills have the tools to stuff the run, crush the passer and create absolute havoc. The Bills defense has incredible talent. You might be thinking they give up a lot of yards. But the stats are skewed.

The Patriots offense owned the Bills because they couldn’t get to Tom Brady. That was a bad day. But they destroyed  the Colts offense and the Dolphins offense. Any time you can dominate Andrew Luck, your defense is pretty sharp. The stats that matter are points, turnovers and sacks.

The Bills give up just 22.4 points per game. This is another statistic that is skewed. The Patriots put up 40 points by exploiting their aggression (the key to the Giants success). But the Bills gave up just 14 points against the Colts and Dolphins. The Bills have 6 sacks, 7 interceptions and 3 recovered fumbles. They are a big play defense.
