This Doesn’t Have The Looks Of A Playoff Team

Hate to say it. It’s a hard enough road to get to the postseason. The Giants are making it tough on themselves though, which isn’t helping.

Even in a weak NFC East, I’m not sure I really see this team playing beyond the regular season. It’s not to say you need a great defense, or a great offense, to get the playoffs. I wouldn’t even say you need a “great” either unit to make a playoff run.

But you do need a defense that you can rely on at least some of the time. And after Sunday’s performance, I’m not sure fans will be able to trust this defense at any point for the rest of the season, unless they really start to turn things around. However, Sunday wasn’t a good start.
