The 2015 season is already nine weeks old, and the NFC-East leading Giants still control their own destiny. Expected?

Maybe by some.

In this fashion? No. It never happens the way it’s expected to happen in the NFL, but fans will take it.

Sunday’s 32-18 win over the Buccaneers wasn’t a particularly impressive win, but a solid one nonetheless. Playing through some frustrating weather conditions, the Giants weren’t sharp but battled their way to win number five of 2015. Eli Manning hit a bunch of short-intermediate passes while the team’s running back committee churned out enough yards to 1) Score enough points and 2) Burn enough clock to keep Tampa from getting in any sort of offensive rhythm. The top storyline from Sunday’s win though was the return of Jason Pierre-Paul. He wasn’t hard to miss out there. More on that in a little.

It was a good, not great performance by the Giants, but as the saying goes, a win’s a win. So, what did fans learn about the Giants in Week 9? Check it out here:
