Victor Cruz
Like Randle, and the pass rush too, I didn’t expect a ton from Cruz this season. He suffered a brutal knee injury and was coming off a drop-marred 2014. But for nine weeks to pass and having Cruz not even sniff the field is much worse than anyone could have expected.
A nasty calf injury sidelined him for quite some time, but I’m still questioning if he ever recovered from that serious knee surgery that tends to sap the agility out of players.

Making matters more disappointing for Victor Cruz is the fact the Giants are so desperate for a slot receivers. Preston Parker flopped while Dwayne Harris has took on more of an offensive utility role rather than a strict interior receiver. With the tight ends struggling and Randle unable to take his game to a second level, the Giants could really use Cruz. It’s disappointing fans are still waiting to see him take the field. And maybe the most disappointing part: there’s a chance fans never see Cruz take the field in a Giants uniform again.
