1. Odell Beckham Is A Legitimate Superstar

There was a little concern that the league may catch up to Odell Beckham and that he may have the proverbial sophomore slump. This season proves that Odell Beckham is a legitimate superstar and last year wasn’t a fluke. It wasn’t a flash in the pan, it was a spark for a bright future. Here is how he ranks statistically:

Beckham is fourth in the NFL in receiving yards. He has the seventh most receptions and the second most receiving touchdowns. He has four receptions over 40 yards which ties him with Amari Cooper for the third most in football. He averages 13,7 yards per reception. Beckham has been spectacular. In a year where the Giants receivers haven’t been overly impressive, Beckham has been the standout superstar of this offense.

Beckham has 63 receptions for 863 yards and 8 touchdowns this season. The second best receiver for the Giants in Rueben Randle who has just 39 receptions. The Giants offense clearly isn’t without talent for Manning to spread the football to, but it is obvious that Beckham Jr. is the only consistent playmaker they have.
