Dwayne Harris Gets More Time With Eli

An interesting note: Harris is listed as the Giants’ starting receiver on the team’s official depth chart. Take it with a slight grain of salt: Jason Pierre-Paul is listed low on the defensive depth chart and he’s getting a lot of playing time. But it is notable he’s listed to start opposite of Odell Beckham—not Rueben Randle.

I think with the addition of Hakeem Nicks though, Harris will kick inside where I believe he’ll be most effective and Nicks and Randle will rotate on the outside—again, if Nicks still has some juice left in him.

But there’s no doubt Harris’ role on offense is growing. Wherever he lines up, inside or out, he and Eli’s chemistry will have to get consistent and grow. Hopefully, they use the two weeks on the bye to continue working on that.
