3. Young Talent Developing
The Giants have a lot of young talent developing. The Giants may be led by long-standing figures such as Eli Manning and Tom Coughlin but this is a young team. It’s hard to believe that guys like Odell Beckham Jr., Devon Kennard and Weston Richburg are in only their second season. The Giants have leaned heavily on rookies like Flowers, Landon Collins and Uani’ Unga. All of these players are talented but all of them lack experience.
Because the team has so much talent still developing, the Giants have hope for the future. The Giants know when so much of your team is young and inexperienced, greatness won’t just happen over night.
The Giants are building something here. At the end of the day that is all you can ask for. Some teams like the Browns try to rebuild every year. The Giants once competed for a title every year. Now they’re just trying to make the playoffs in the midst of a rebuilding season.
